He worked with Labor union leaders: Harry Bridges, Jimmy Hoffa, and Alaska teamsters boss Jess Carr. Mr. Webster over the years has represented clients as a lay Labor generalist, Teamster Union Business Agent, General Organizer, Union Rank and File Member Grievances Representative, NLRB Union Representative, Union Contract Negotiator, Workers Compensation Appeals Board Hearing Representative. Mr. Webster handled the security analysis for the Alaska per-pipeline design and the safety worker issues for the Alaska Teamsters union under the direction of Alaska Teamster Boss Jess Carr and the Alaska attorney General Edgar Paul Boyko.
