LAGUNA NIGUEL – Firefighters are battling a two-acre vegetation fire near Golden Lantern and Camino Las Padres.
“The fire has the potential to grow as large as 10 acres, and homes may be threatened,” said Capt. Larry Kurtz of the Orange County Fire Authority.
The OCFA has deployed a medium-vegetation fire response, which includes multiple fire trucks and at least one helicopter.
