Trump staffer blasts President Obama over Orlando shooting

A Donald Trump staffer slammed President Barack Obama in the wake of the deadliest shooting in U.S. history at an Orlando nightclub Sunday morning.
Dan Scavino Jr., Director of Social Media and Senior Advisor to the presumptive GOP nominee, criticized Obama for refusing to say the words "radical Islamic terrorism."
Police identified the suspect in the shooting that left at least 50 people dead and dozens more injured as 29-year-old Omar MateenABC News reported he was "on the radar" of U.S. officials but was never under specific investigation. An FBI official said Sunday Mateen "may have leanings towards" Islamic extremism.
The president has repeatedly come under fire for the language he uses when describing terrorist groups and attacks. According to PolitiFact, "as a general rule, Obama will use the ISIL acronym and call its members 'thugs' and 'killers.'"
Trump himself responded to the attack later in the day, saying he was "right on radical Islamic terrorism."
