PROJECT:

The general style will be our signature "MODERN FARMHOUSE/STEAMPUNK" (forward looking retro), in a very CLEAN/MINIMALIST style. We utilize collections of timeless, updated classics, objects that inspire curiosity and authentic reproductions 

The install time will be estimated at "up to" 4 business days, with a target of 2, and this includes multiple visits to the home, measuring, test placements, trial installs, etc. At the moment we are averaging about 18 days lead time from workorder/payment to install date.

The project will involve a number of purpose specific purchases for this plan, and for our Showcase package, all design decisions would be at the discretion of our stager.

ANY purchases made by you,  the home buyer or the homeowner of the items presented would be adjusted OFF the total project bill at a courtesy rate of 50% credit.

For instance, if the new homeowner loves a piece of artwork we placed and it's marked $ 1,000 to purchase, we would issue a rebate to you of $ 500.00, to offset some of the staging costs. In this way, many Realtors recoup most or all of their staging costs due to our extraordinary and unique pieces placed for staging, the high demand and wholesale prices discretely marked on each item.

The total estimate includes all labor, delivery, pick-up, related unpack, repack and trash removal, floor and surface protection measures, insurance, and use for the rental period. We are fully insured against all liability and a company officer would be present at all times during our work.

As you know, the design process is part trial & error inspiration so we'd permit the designer to work on the project unencumbered by the homeowner or other influences that might temper the creative process.

QUOTE:

The per sq ft pricing model makes it easy to calculate the cost but doesn't mean every sq ft is staged. We generally don't stage junior bedrooms, garage space, closets, etc and we leave all these decisions and all design choices, furniture selection, accessories and colors solely up to the decorator working on your project. These discounted price points will be valid until April 7, 2016. Preparation, sourcing and design work could start IMMEDIATELY, and the install can start within 3-18 business days for scheduling.

TERMS:

We collect prepayment (Any major credit card or bank transfer is fine) and would desire to get started IMMEDIATELY, (ie: some preliminary site study again upon install of home flooring- with 24 hour (Supra access or combo box works great) access to the home when the project starts, through the completion of the project.)
