PROJECT:

After careful review of our notes, photos and warehouse inventory we have calculated our best rate for the work described.

This scope of work excludes any TV or Appliance props. As a special add-on, your home owner can include our standard "demo" unit stainless steel style refrigerator, which although it carries no warranty and no guarantee, will often be covered the home warranty purchased in escrow. This add-on is just $ 200! and the fridge stays with the home when sold!

This home would be beyond our normal "Staging:" service, to be more in-line with our "Model Home" design services. For similar work, designers would quote up to $ 20,000.

The general style will be our signature "STEAMERPUNK" (forward looking retro), in a very CLEAN/MINIMALIST style. We utilize collections of timeless, updated classics, objects that inspire curiosity and authentic reproductions 

The install time will be estimated at "up to" 4 business days, with a target of 2, and this includes multiple visits to the home, measuring, test placements, trial installs, etc.

The project will involve a number of purpose specific purchases for this plan, and all design decisions would be at the discretion of our stager.

ANY purchases made by you,  the home buyer or the homeowner of the items presented would be adjusted OFF the total project bill at a courtesy rate of 50% credit.

For instance, if the new homeowner loves a piece of artwork we placed and it's marked $ 1,000 to purchase, we would issue a rebate to you of $ 500.00, to offset some of the staging costs. In this way, many Realtors recoup most or all of their staging costs due to our extraordinary and unique pieces placed for staging, the high demand and wholesale prices discretely marked on each item.

The total estimate includes all labor, delivery, pick-up, related unpack, repack and trash removal, floor and surface protection measures, insurance, and use for the rental period. We are fully insured against all liability and a company officer would be present at all times during our work.

As you know, the design process is part trial & error inspiration so we'd permit the designer to work on the project unencumbered by the homeowner or other influences that might temper the creative process.

QUOTE:

Our normal "retail rate" for this home would be $ 3,340, but with the TELES PROPERTIES' discount, we are offering these services at the rate of just $ 2,000 (exp 12-2015).

These discounted price points will be valid until December 31, 2015. Preparation, sourcing and design work could start IMMEDIATELY, and the install can start within 3-6 business days for scheduling.

TERMS:

We collect prepayment (PayPal or any major credit card is fine) and would desire to get started IMMEDIATELY, (ie: some preliminary site study again upon install of home flooring- with 24 hour (Supra access is fine) access to the home when the project starts, through the completion of the project.)
