Luca Rajabi, The Village Just a clarification. The original title of the article is "'Real Housewives' Daughter Claims Traffic Stop Rape". Reading the article no one has been charged with a crime. There is an investigation into the allegations pending and apparently there is no Deputy named Epson that the local PD could find on their roster. Also the only thing that has been done is a Federal lawsuit has been filed alleging the accounts of the actress (plaintiff).
